Footage released today reveals the disguise a woman used to trick a short-sighted teenager into thinking that she was a boy called George, as she is found guilty of sexual assault for kissing her. Georgia Bilham, 21, who duped the teenager into believing she was a man, was cleared by a jury this afternoon of all but one of the 16 alleged sexual offences after about three hours of deliberation following an eight-day trial. Bilham, from Alpraham, Cheshire, created an online Snapchat persona in the name of George Parry to trick the 19-year-old complainant into thinking she was a man, her trial was told
